Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must initiate your return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on water shoes, goggles, and pool maintenance & cleaning products unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchange Process
