  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Report any shipping damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unused products in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Non-returnable items include:

  • Pool maintenance & cleaning products

Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items upon delivery.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error. You’ll be charged any price difference if the new item costs more.
